    Someday maybe we'll stop shaming those who the wolf ate this year, for having chosen to be too slow to get away. Someday maybe we'll ask what good the wolf does. It's not improving our lives. It's obviously possible to keep him away. Wolf isn't at everybody's door.

    No one is committing infanticide. There is no such thing as “late term” abortion. Abortion is healthcare. Free, quality obstetrical care reduces stillbirths. Banning tobacco from public places reduces stillbirths. If fetal life is your only gig, focus your efforts there.

    Evangelicals: People using exaggerated language to score political points is the worst. Also Evangelicals: If you let two men get married, you also have to let women fuck giraffes. There is no middle ground, they will destroy our families!

    Some of us have found that using exaggerated language on Twitter to describe the views of people we disagree with is really effective for attention, retweets, and new followers. It’s terrible for our souls and very unloving towards other brothers and sisters.
