What does this mean?
ExoAnalytic has placed COSMOS 2473 on its ExoALERT watch list. Appears to have started tumbling in mid-June and hasn't maneuvered since drifting westward out of its 13.5W slot. What can cause a satellite to start tumbling and go of course? Impact? Stuck thruster? Anything else?

So many things can go wrong onboard a spacecraft that look like what happened here. For example, our observations of AMOS 5 back in 2015 looked similar to COSMOS 2473. AMOS 5 suffered problems of the power system according to Gunter's Space Page.
