Yeah but someone did decide to go on a rampage with a kitchen knife in Osaka. Japan, I think, has some of the toughest gun control laws, if not THE toughest in the world. Gun control doesn't work. If it's not guns, they'll use something else.

You could decide to go on a rampage with a brick or stone if you wanted to. "Gun control doesn't work" and yet countries like Japan have some of the strictest gun control laws AND some of the lowest murder rates relative to population in the world. That's not a coincidence.

I play violent games, but also my brain is developed. One day I played grand theft auto for 14 HRS snd honestly, while waiting for the bus the impulse to steal it was high. I had self Control. It honestly scared me and I quit playing. Some with mental issues have no Control.
