I'm a landlord. Does that make me evil?

No of course not, it just means that you’re a parasite who sucks the wealth out of people because you abstractly “own” the place they live. Morality doesn’t enter into, it’s just heavily in the interest of renters (usually workers) to not have landlords.

I mean, we'd have to labor or starve regardless since that's how our bodies work... capitalism is just a way of distributing resources that leads to greater productivity, more freedom, and less violence than communism.

if only we could remove the humans who disagree or obstruct the plan of the utopia. But I dunno, might be a bit extreme to do that. Specially under communism (which is perfect) FOR THE GREATER GOOD.

"loves humanity, but not humans" means that individual people, and particularly their rights don't matter, just humanity as a whole matters. Sorry, but there seemed to be some confusion.

Extreme communists goal might be everything is owned collectively by everyone. Contemporary corporational capitalism aims at ownership of everything by a few companies. No ideology seems to see the obvious: as everyone is working, taking risks... everyone should have his lot.

Your hubris is stunning. I'm sure you could order the world in just the right way as to end all suffering and punish all wrongdoers. Nothing could go wrong there....
