It's just that most people are temporarily embarrassed bosses. Having a boss is a small issue that can just be overlooked since pretty soon they will *be* the boss.
The weirdest thing I've learned from criticising capitalism online is a large number of people seem to just flat out deny that workers are subordinate to capital. You'd think they'd realize when they show up to work and have to start taking orders from this guy called "boss".
