Actually including women in leadership positions these last few decades has coincided with declines in war and homicide and also increased rights for minorities, LGBT folks, and others. The feminization of society is probably the best thing that’s happened in the past 50 years.
What blows my mind is that there is this whole weird section of society that thinks we, as a culture, need to reclaim our masculinity. And then they try to do this by whining about women online for like six hours a day. Like…WTF do you think "masculinity" is?

My dad was a respectful gentleman. My mum was a proto feminist. So I guess I have a naive perspective. Bonking a female on the head and dragging her into a cave might have been the the definition of masculinity at some point. What's wrong with evolving?
