Sartre had a naive notion about classical free will. So he'd probably say the subject should just intentionally negate the hater from one's consciousness. The unconscious, meanwhile, that Sartre didn't believe in, would continue the hate.
Unfortunately, Jean-Paul Sartre died before completely his masterpiece "The Phenomenology and Intentionality of How to Deal With Haters Trying to Bring You Down", leaving us only guessing what an authentic existential way to deal with haters might look like.
