People think "wealth disparity" is the only problem with Capitalism, but the whole system is made of servants and masters. The property owners command, the workers obey. Regardless of wealth, this system is the opposite of freedom.

You are free to leave the Capitalist system, which is much more than most other systems throughout history have ever allowed. You are also free to become your own master. People opt into shackles, because the road is simpler. People stay, because it’s safe.

Capitalism is the only economic system compatible with freedom in any real sense of the word. It's only people who have lived in capitalist countries all their lives who like communism, because they haven't experienced it.

Have you thought why workers, in your words, "obey?" They have freedom not to, but they chose to. People work for their self interest, sometimes under harsh conditions, true, but still in their interest as they see it. That's individual freedom. What's the alternative?
