Ayn Rand wrote like 10,000 pages about how there were two kinds of people: "producers", and "moochers". Moochers make nothing, but merely sponge off society. The amazing thing is that landlords were apparently in the "producer" category.

The people justifying the money the landlords make because of the work they do maintaining the property are hilarious. Yes...that's the whole point. They should be paid for their labor, not from rent extraction through property relations.

It's the same when people justify business owners making billions because they "work hard for like 100 hours a week." Great, so let's pay them for 100 hours of work. But that's not a billion dollars, they make that from skimming off the top of their employee's work.

Is your name Karl Marx? I believe he has been proven wrong by about a billion people drawn into poverty.

They are being paid for establishing the company/room in the first place. Sort of how artists are being paid not for the hours they put in the workpiece itself, but for the practice that got them to the state of being able to create it. You're paying for the position

Corporate helmsmen mechanized mooching, gobbling labor and externalizing expenses at a gluttonous rate. Trained apologists marvel the ingenuity of their hoard and themselves aspire to financial obesity.

Landowners and business owners are not the same thing (most of the time). Business owners take significant risk and are the ones who have thought about the business idea, and its organization/actualization in the first place. Not always, but usually, they really create sth new.

Not all business owners are landlords. Your argument is a tad flawed but it's good to have the RTs piling. :)
