I hate it when job interviews ask you what your five year plan is. Like what, all of the sudden I have to pretend to be a fully functional adult who plans ahead and shit?!

I'd like to tell 23 year old Dan that it's okay to be upfront about not having one (especially near entry level), as long as you do so confidently and make it clear (lie or not) that you'll consider sticking around, if the fit is right and you can advance.
