The same reason the workers strike essentially, because they think they can get a better deal. If the union wants to continue the contract but the owners think they are overpaid, ect.

You cannot paint such a broad generalization across a network of people who have dedicated their lives to maintaining order. Your words are propaganda skewing the truth for your own convenience. Why should anyone assume that your 'knowledge' is on our side?

In order to practice radical freedom, it helps to not be hindered by tyrannical social organizations and policies, and to be in good health and educated. So Camus and Sartre famously supported Communism and the USSR before turning to Anarchism. Existentialism is radical.
