But they already do defend their ideas, just in a way that isn't an obvious attempt to puff themselves up and show off how smart they are.
Not coming for you or anything but isn't this the entire point of your work which is to use humour to display your extensive knowledge of philosophy, creatively imparting it onto other people? And Twitter being a part of that process?
The "I talk about my friends and dog" example does not convey that message. What's the meaning of it if you are comparing ways of talking about philosophy? I guess it's a different thing, about the amount and not the intensity of philosophy posts? I'm just confused.
