So what's the alternative? The boss just gives you money for doing no work? This isn't even a conversation about class differences or how balanced the system is. This is literally saying it's slavery to have to work for a living.

It's not as though all bosses are Josef Stalin. I've had some I quite liked. You could also start your own business and "be your own boss." If you can't get along with that boss, I can't help you. A forced choice is still freer than being denied a choice.
