There’s a common fallacy found in these discussions: “Communism leads to brutal dictatorship.” Met with “Well capitalism is evil, ergo communism is good”. The first doesn’t entail the other.
Capitalist dictator kills his subjects: that particular dictator killed them. Communist dictator kills his subjects: communism killed them.
