One thing that is difficult for young people to understand is being depressed doesn't make you "deep", it makes you depressed. Ask for help.

seriously though get help one of the stupidest things I did was convince myself that treating my depression would ruin my writing but the opposite was true

Well.....depression can lead to more realistic thinking which is deep in a way. Still, if you're depressed, ask for help.
