New anti Net Neutrality Bills will always come as long as corporations own the internet. Public ownership is the only long term answer.
If the public owned the infrastructure, as we do the roads, questions of special access wouldn't arise. We've never built "Ford only" roads.

The real problem is the “last mile”: your DSL, cable, fiber, etc. to the Internet. The companies that own the last mile want to milk it.
