Biden has a credible rape allegation against him and said "nothing will fundamentally change" I'm not sure what more he could do to ensure people stay at home come November so they don't vote for him.
Biden is running an unprecedented campaign, where he is more or less promising to do nothing, and giving no reason to vote for him aside from "I'm not Donald Trump." Oh wait, it isn't unprecedented, it is the exact same campaign Hilary ran when she lost to Trump, that's right.

I'm a Warren supporter who didn't really want to vote for Biden. But comments like this, I feel like I could literally lay out specific elements of his platform that show this is patently untrue and people would just ignore it and insist it's still true. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
