Is this the fabled market efficiency that economists talk about, when comparing it to unwieldy inefficient government action?

Getting word from my @ replies that the hospital was built authoritarianly and all those workers were building it against their will because they probably really wanted to make iPhones. But it's freedom to not let Americans use an empty building to treat the sick when they want.

He should help. People should pay to use the facilities still. We do have a government that could foot the bill. How I look at it is if they're going to take your property, either destroy it or shoot them.
