all these landlords acting like they are going to go bankrupt from missing one month of rent lol. aren't all ya'll supposed to have money set aside for unexpected repairs and stuff? isn't that supposedly the whole point of you?

The funniest part though is how if the market dictated that rent went down by 11/12ths or whatever, which is the same as missing a month now, they would magically all be fine.

Buying property means having AT LEAST 3 months of the mortgage in addition to the down payment and closing costs. Even then, they pay less in mortgage than they receive in rent. They need to pull themselves up by their boot straps or have their properties to be taken away.
