I would argue it's state capitalist some would say it's socialist it's a matter of personaal perception really.
The causal sinophobia that has been perpetuated and normalised is disgusting. Trump has played a role in this racist and bigoted rhetoric decrying it the "Chinese virus" as a means to create a scapegoat China to prevent attention being drawn towards his mishandling of the crisis.
