You're welcome to pay for their mortgage, upkeep, and utilities. Otherwise the landlord has to pay for them under our current system. You should see what a lot of tenants do to houses. You'd be amazed at how some people choose to live.

Considering how frequently US courts rule that law enforcement have absolutely zero obligation to protect or serve the public at all, in any capacity, I'd be completely baffled if any cop actually thinks their job is to protect and serve.
