here in brazil, we have free universal healthcare, which is savin us a lot from that corona crisis, the tests and treatment are free, so the ones who cant pay treatment still have chances to survive, and even the private hospitals are needing sus (sistema unico de saude)

Yes, but mortgages are cheaper than rent. If they weren't, renting wouldn't be profitable. So the situation we have Is people owning multiple homes, which makes homes harder to afford, and then paying less for them than the people who aren't wealthy enough to afford a home.

"nationalising" healthcare isn't going to ensure the best outcome for the people (see NHS). Government could cover health insurance on behalf of its people, and reform the market. Basically like Germany, Netherlands & Scandinavian countries, who are said to have the best systems
