I see your point, you’re right! the roads also need to be privatized. Private roads are better handled and may turn more profit unlike the state-governed ones.

I'm all for housing as a right & the public providing it. The problem is how we distribute & it deserves discussion. For instance, who gets the beachfront houses?

Given that the only way to get flood insurance on ocean beachfront property is government provided and subsidized, the correct answer is probably "no one". (That said, guaranteed housing and public ownership of all housing are not necessarily linked.)
