Like...literally everything will be exactly the same. You will still live in your home, someone else will still live in that home. The only difference is you won't take 30% out of their paycheck every week. No one needs homes that they don't live in.

Not only that but the government needs to go in and seize these houses and give them to the tenant. No person should own more than 1 home and the home should only be about 100 square feet per person occupying it.

Loose taxes and low interest on investment properties are clear indicators of where the government's priorities are.

If they would protest for a mortgage freeze then the lack of rent wouldn’t hit them as hard. They’re very likely to get it too. Smal landlords don’t realize they might have a similar interest to tenants in the current moment.

The single mom who owns an apartment but rents a home now that her children are grown and rents out that apartment and suppliment her income - when she loses that she will be destitute. Nationalize a majority of housing make housing a need, but in our current system it's not B&W

My grandparents were farmers who sold their farmland and built a couple rental duplexes in order to be able to retire. They wouldn't be fine if they lost those homes, they would lose their source of income they live on in retirement
