By elevating the status of Wealth to the status of a Human “Right” they can backdoor authoritarianism by gaming the system
Is hilarious how capitalists will tell you that capitalism is the system for rugged individuals. Meanwhile your boss expects you to be obedient and grateful, and doesn't give you any real autonomy over your life or work. A hierarchy of servants and masters isn't individuality.

"any real autonomy over your life or work." then...quit. usually not an option for most people described as "servants". when I felt my boss overstepped their bounds, I left. I'm not aware of an alternative where an individual enjoys that level of autonomy. are you?

The whole point is that you can't quit if quitting means destitution. Maybe you can find a different or better job but maybe not.
