Not a "novel" concept (get the joke?) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brave_New_World … "“What Orwell feared were those who would ban books. What Huxley feared was that there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no one who wanted to read one."

Eugenics in humans won't "work" Diversity is better than specialization. Just watch the curves of record breaked in horse racing and olimpics racing. Humans got faster sooner. Why? Diversity helps large population, specialization only "works" for small population. Dawkins is dumb

It depends on what he means by "work." It would "work" in the sense that you could select for specific traits, just like in any other plant or animal. It wouldn't "work" in the sense of being beneficial for the reason you stated -- gene diversity is important.

A new government s advisor in the UK, has literally said today (might have yesterday) that there should be mandatory sterilisation of poor people, in order to eradicate the underclass. He even talked about using vaccinations as a method of applying it to children.

Without the poor, what will the rich live on? Who will work in their companies? Make their food? Their clothes? Clean their houses?
