As long as the workers are ready to pay up when/if the company makes a loss... And as long as the company never needs to buy new equipment or upgrade old and so on, or the workers are ready yo pay up when that is needed as well... (and so on)

It's not like the employee-company relationship is one or share cropper to land owner...the employees wouldn't have things to do without the employer creating a role...it's very naive to think labor == profit.

I got $200 from “profit sharing” after a year of working. I immediately thought that I could be getting this every paycheck. I also did a ton of overtime during Christmas and in return I got a $50 gift card to the store I work at.

It's funny to hear so many bootlickers ready to talk about "loss sharing". Like, did you ever see an entrepreneur ending up broke after a bankrupt? They ALWAYS share the loss. Private profits, public loss. That's how capitalism works.
