Wa? Pretty sure Greek philosophers were on the whole supportive of the war with Persia. Aristotle despised Persians and encouraged Alexander to conquer them. Xenophon actually fought as a soldier against Persia!

Xenophon didn't fight "against Persia". He fought as a mercenary on behalf of one claimant to the Persian throne, with other Persian soldiers, against supporters of another claimant.
