It's clear that to the Republicans, and the centrist "reasonable" Democrats, it simple doesn't matter how many Iranians die. It doesn't enter into the equation. The only questions are American lives, dollars spent, legality, geopolitics, etc. Iranians literally don't matter.

Pay attention when these people talk about why the Iraq War was a mistake. Is it because we killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis? Or is it because we could have "better spent that money elsewhere", or it was a "strategic mistake", or some other nonsense. It was a crime.

The Iraqi PM said Trump called him and requested he mediate between the Saudis, US and Iran and he was to meet with Soleimani the morning he was whacked.
