"Ice beer", for those who don't know, is when you freeze beer and remove some of the ice, to end up with a higher alcohol content. It was invented by the Canadians, because they were annoyed that it was taking upwards of 20 minutes to shotgun enough beers to get plastered.

it's called Eisbier, and it's a German style. Beast Ice doesn't actually get frozen, they just put more sugar in it to up the alcohol.
