Has their ever been a more fake argument for being against stuff like free college than "but rich people will get it too"? - rich people don't go to public school. - the tax increase to rich people is more than tuition costs. - rich people are always most against these plans.

We live in "say the opposite of reality" time. Never more clear than this, which is, they are really saying rich people shouldn't have to pay for the poors to be educated.

Rich people are notorious for wanting to be taxed more to fund public programs. It's clear that billionaires prefer government to run well funded successful universal public services so they can just use the parts they like and then pay more for the parts that are lacking.
