We live in "say the opposite of reality" time. Never more clear than this, which is, they are really saying rich people shouldn't have to pay for the poors to be educated.

Rich people are notorious for wanting to be taxed more to fund public programs. It's clear that billionaires prefer government to run well funded successful universal public services so they can just use the parts they like and then pay more for the parts that are lacking.
