Right wingers think it is antisemitic to give Palestinians equal consideration to Jews because they think the question of antisemitism comes down to whether or not Jews count as white, and are therefore given white privilege. The idea of ending white privilege is unthinkable.

I'd say between the U.S. and Israel, it mostly comes down to right-wing values. The Zionist majority state in Israel today are all right-wing as is their leader, Netanyahu. They all have power, money, and greed commonalities.
