Absolutely, just would add that the same is true for any excessive wealth. At the very least a 100% wealth tax should kick in for any wealth above ten million or so.

Why allow people to have an estate while they are alive? Anyone who earns above the median should have all their earnings confiscated and redistributed to the poor. Anyone who owns property more than the median--same deal. Taller than the avg? Go for the legs. Smarter? Lobotomy.
