"I'm neutral in respect to unions" – someone who is against unions. "I don't think we should talk about race" – someone who is racist. "I'm not political" – someone whose politics aligns with the current ruling class.

I hate this, saying "I'm not political", that is very common. Someone saying, "I'm not political" is not even aware of that saying "I'm not political" is also a policy.

Well i think in the last one can be ignorance or dosen't care about politcs maybe some people are align with ruling class but i think they are the minority

In a material sense though - it's in their interest to not make major social changes because the system, including the current ruling class, is working for them. So they don't care about politics.
