I don't even believe they are real Amazon employees. It would hurt productivity a lot for workers to hang on TW. Most likely it's some other company specialized in online propaganda that got contracted for the service.

In my office they used Amazon as an example of leading customer service, cuz they want to make a better working experience for employees. Either they didnt do research or they are brainwashed.
