what i love about those Amazon FC Ambassador accounts is how some exec at Amazon thought forcing their employees to tweet about how much they love serving their corporate masters would make Amazon look normal and good, and not at all like an evil corporation in a dystopian novel

I don't even believe they are real Amazon employees. It would hurt productivity a lot for workers to hang on TW. Most likely it's some other company specialized in online propaganda that got contracted for the service.

In my office they used Amazon as an example of leading customer service, cuz they want to make a better working experience for employees. Either they didnt do research or they are brainwashed.
