Only true if your attempts to understand Hegel are limited by the Kantian transcendental horizon and a stubborn refusal of dialetheist thought. The whole point of Hegel is that the limitation of human Reason corresponds (asymmetrically) to an inherent limitation of the Thing
It's actually not possible to understand Hegel, you can only dialectically approach a more refined misunderstanding of Hegel.
