I've noticed trauma does the same thing and now I'm wondering if trauma is philosophy or vice versa
Once you read enough philosophy you start to question every ordinary thing. For example, the other day I woke up and I was feeling really energized and refreshed and I was like "this can't be right."

There's no such thing as "enough philosophy".

What was meant was presumably approx. that, there is an amount of philosophy such that if one has read more than that amount, then [...]. It didn't mean that after that point, one needn't read more. This is a common way to use the word "enough".
