Not to mention the military spending required to push all that efficiency down the throats of unfortunate foreigners in far away lands!
Capitalism is very efficient. That's why we have to spent $200 billion per year on advertising, to convince us to buy more stuff we don't need, thus raising the GDP. Consuming stuff you don't need is efficiency, right?

It seems that all ideologies are efficient when they take over the society. In other news, if you replace 100 % of a recipe with a single ingredient, the food also won't taste well.

What could possibly be wrong with a system the that places the profit of a few over the welfare of the many? That prioritises unlimited consumption of limited resources? That pushes competition for said resources to a global scale between militarised countries?
