if your company is publically traded you can sorta calculate this did the math for mcdonalds a while back and it came out to >2/3 of every hour worked went to shareholders

Yeah see the taxes are taken off after your boss extracts your labour value. So if taxes are 12 of net, your boss gets the Net.
