What do you think is the best way to reduce poverty in poor countries?

Stop selling guns to them, ban private military armies, stop doing bussiness with dictators and the like (not only with those who oppose free flow of capitals), tell the FMI to stop pressing poor countries to cut back on education expenditure and other progressive budget items

Yes, everybody knows it's Bolevarian Socialism that lifts them out. Unfortunately, the poor people of Venezuela got screwed when other 3rd world countries snuck in at midnight, stole all their Socialism, and left them with nothing!
