based on the number of them buying up property in NZ/AUS and proceeding to build impenetrable nuclear-proof bunkers on them, I'd say the idea that they have zero fear of the guillotine is unfounded.

They think of these bunkers as back up plans and that gives them comfort. They honestly think their money will save them from their sins.
