Seems like a very Americacentric take. What even is "European culture"? Is it Norwegian culture? Bulgarian culture? Or is the argument here that all European countries have a shared culture of elitism?
You know you have a good hot take when PeterNorway gets involved. Obviously I'm talking about snobby French intellectuals and top hat wearing Brits, which as you should know is everything that there is in Europe.
