yes but capitalism needs costumers, killing them is a bad idea
It's weird when people see drug companies jacking up the price of insulin to make their shareholders more money while poor people die because they can't afford it, and say it is capitalism getting corrupted, instead of capitalism getting more pure.

Some people might say that we don't have a real market in insulin (and other drugs) because of the Big Pharma/FDA cartel, regulations and other barriers to competition.

If it's overpriced, then a competitor can sell for less and capture the entire market.
