In normal life, "fiscally responsible" means spending money on necessities instead of luxuries. In politics it means the opposite – tax breaks for the rich so they can buy more luxury goods, while cutting necessities for the poor.

How about starting with a definition that means "don't spend more than you bring in". Of course, the difference is some people consider free enterprise to be a necessity, while some people think handouts are more important.

Framing collective organisation as handouts has to be one of the top ten most brain-dead spins in the world of capitalist liberalism. Do you even understand of how it is simply taking a small part of collective production done in capitalism in order to sustain itself?

A claim on free enterprise without supporting other essential parts of capitalism as theorised by Smith simply shows the hypocritic nature of modern capital. You only support the exploitation part of the system and ignore the collective nature of production

Such a completely degenerated and empty understanding and advocacy of capitalism doesn't even warrant serious consideration. Doesn't deserve the respect Smith got from capitalists and marxists. It only deserves to be crushed with the hammer of labor.

And who gains employment by making, moving and selling those “luxury goods”? The rich? No, the working classes! Your level of economic illiteracy is truly astounding.

Employed poverty shouldn't be impressive to you. You shouldn't call folks economically illiterate if you can't tell the difference between a job and a living.
