People who call capitalism "efficient" always ignore just how much time and energy companies put into actively making their products worse: breaking on purpose, locking in customers, etc, because it will sell more. Capitalism is only efficient at making money for capitalists.

I think people who claim this ignore how dogshit companies actually are. Huge companies go bankrupt and millions of dollars just disappear. Capitalism is far from efficient
