Sounds too fascisty. Call them "Social Media Rehab Centers" instead, and big pharma can make money selling BS drugs to fight a new disease known as "Twitteritus"
I hate to endorse a Foucault style all encompassing State that criminalizes "deviant" elements into prison structures to pacify them, but people who have made more than 200k tweets need to go to re-education camps.
