The Marxist view is deterministic. People are the product of their economic environment. Workers are bad because capitalism made them bad. Given that, if you get rid of capitalism, those people are still going to be bad.

It's not like the Linux foundation is some perfectly isolated socialist environment. It is made of people who live in a capitalist society. So naturally that is going to boil over. Throwing away capitalism will not solve everything, but it is an integral part of the solution.
