No, the brain does not produce vibrations which embody the mind. Some people say the brain "generates" consciousness, as if it were some kind of radio transmitter. The brain is conscious, but consciousness isn't a thing that is separable from the brain.

Philosophers have been wrong about this since forever. Physics, however, leaves no room for dualism; or, if dualism is correct, we will be able to observe deviations from known physics. Dualism is a testable hypothesis.

Facilely clever. Take away the score and there is no Beethoven's Fifth. It can be played by any symphony, but can your self exist with any brain except one? Can your self survive the destruction of that one brain? Are you positing the existence of the immortal soul?
