I can, however, imagine as a thought experiment a "philosophical offended-by-jokes-against-white-people zombie" who feels nothing whatsoever, but having learned by watching others what behaviors to take when they are offended by racism, mimics them exactly.

The ones with alt-reich affiliation, no, they either feel they're playing a game or offended that "their enemies" can do [what they think is the equivalent of] something they get demonized for.

The liberal/centrist ones, yes, they're deeply hurt by the suggestion that they're not the good guys and that POC/leftists/etc. are breaking the rules of how they think everyone should treat each other, regardless of existing power structures.
