I seldom dwell on the past, nor dream about the future. I live in the present moment, almost like a Buddhist monk. Not because I'm enlightened though, just because I drink too much and never get enough sleep, so I'm generally pretty out of it.

Mediation is just a slow way to get high. Sit in an twisted uncomfortable posture for hours, trying to solve an impossible riddle while somebody hits you at random intervals; the endorphins will kick in - enlightenment. Allen Ginsburg et al knew heroin was faster & more honest.
